Today, the singer-songwriter, NoMBe, released the debut track, “Wait,” off his upcoming debut album They Might’ve Even Loved Me.

Reminiscent of a diary, They Might’ve Even Loved Me, is a brutally honest account of romance, sex and heartbreak. The album was inspired by an array of women who’ve helped shape NoMBe’s life: from his godmother Chaka Khan, to high school crushes, girlfriends and summer flings.

The album is set to be released 1 song at a time over the next 10 months; telling a story of all of the women that might’ve even loved him…

According to NoMBe, “love is the lifeblood that flows through our civilization and therefore it is no wonder the majority of all modern era songs perpetually aim to reinterpret this subject.”

“Wait” is a downtempo track featuring raw vocals, a super catchy guitar lick and excellect production.
