Earlier this month, shallou released the third single off his upcoming Souls EP. The EP is due out April 27th and the 7-song release showcases shallou’s abilities as a melodic house producer.
“Vignette” is an introspective and nostalgically-textured track that’s both upbeat and harmonically catchy. It’s played at an uptempo rhythm similar to that of club music and sounds like something you could hear in a coffee shop. Good thinking music.
Stylistically, the indie electronic producer sounds something like a Tycho, Jai Wolf, and Postal Service hybrid.
