J. Laser is the project of Los Angeles based composer, producer and musician Jordan Lawlor.
Formerly a member of M83, Lawlor blends aspects of his natural songwriting abilities with electronic production and pop sensibility to create dreamy space-age synth-pop inspired soundscapes.
J. Laser’s latest single “Sunshine” was independently released last week and is the first of ten singles he will be releasing in 2020 as part of 2 EPs. “Sunshine” features soaring synthesizers, pulsating rhythms, and buoyant vocal melodies that culminate into a colorful and catchy tune.
As a live band, J Laser played their first live show last week in LA and it was nothing short of impressive. A buzzing act to watch in 2020, for sure.
