Today, the Barcelona-based duo Abc Dialect premiere a new music video for their latest single, “Magic.”
The video, shot on 8mm film, tells the story of a young man purchasing a bird from the store and the companionship he finds with his new pet. It’s a simple story backed by the single’s groovy instrumentation.
“Magic” showcases the group’s nu-disco production and melodic songwriting abilities. The song is highlighted by funky synthesizers, swooning vocals, and a monster flute melody.
Abc Dialect will be releasing their Real Life EP on June 13th via the Casablanca Sunset label. “Magic” was released earlier in May as a single and will be re-released as part of the 4-song Real Life EP in June.
