New York City-based indie rock band, VHS Collection recently teamed up with the San Francisco-based tropical producer Viceroy.
Viceroy remixed the bands latest release “Fire,” and that’s pretty much what it is. Fire.
In his remix, Viceroy really brings out the disco and gives it an 80s-influenced dance floor thump. The original, which was already influenced by aspects of electronic and disco, is brought to life with an all-around good-vibe.
Both Viceroy and James Bohannon from VHS Collection went to Trinity College together.
