The Los Angeles based band Sure Sure released their latest single, “Friends,” today.
The song sounds like a collaboration between Geographer and Grizzly Bear. Very pop, but also a definite underlying alt-vibe.
“Friends,” is the perfect ode to the lovelorn dreamer. Touching on the difficulties of love, this track relays the reality of the one you crave but can’t have. An explosion of distorted drums and a bright piano melody quickly grab your attention, ultimately leaving you wanting more.
