2015 marked an interesting year in music.
Streaming solidified itself as an alternative to music piracy, Justin Bieber took tropical house mainstream and Mark Ronson reminded us that funk music still gets the people going.
All said and done, if there is one thing that stuck out to us during the year it was the amount of smooth dance music released. The evolution of electronic production has alluded to this for years, but this year it seamed to really stick out in particular.
