SBTRKT, aka Aaron Jerome, has announced his new album, Wonder Where We Land, a follow up to 2011’s self titled album. SBTRKT has also released a new track called “New Dorp New York”, featuring Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig. It was premiered today on BBC Radio 1. The seemingly simple track has great production and pulls from all genres to create something completely original. The almost chant like vocals along with a tribal influenced drum pattern give the song a dark feel. Check it out below:
