Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Rachel Mazer released a new single last Friday titled, “Open Heart.”
“Open Heart,” is the second single released from her forthcoming album due out in early 2019.
The first single, “Is It So Wrong” is a blissful soul-pop single.
It’s follow up, “Open Heart” displays her range as an artist and composer. The song features brazen guitar, powerful vocals, soulful rhythm and anthemic keys accompanied by a tasteful horn section.
It’s the type of instrumentation that a musician would appreciate. And lyrically the song is crafted around the concept of believing in your own strength in the face of adversity.
