Mild High Club is a musical outlet of Alexander Brettin. Brettin is a jazz-schooled musician transplanted from the Midwest to Los Angeles.
With influences ranging from the pure-pop of Todd Rundgren to the sixties psych scene, Mild High Club’s music favors phased melodies and heartfelt lyrics.
Their upcoming album, Skiptracking, is due out August 26th on Stone Throw Records and you can now stream the album’s title track below.
Sounds like a hazy laid back summertime afternoon version of Mac Demarco meets Tame Impala.
