Nashville-based duo Marshall Magic is comprised of two childhood-friends from the suburbs of Pittsburgh.
The two neighborhood kids Jarrod Morgan (guitars, drums, synth) and Lucas Macaluso (keyboards) have been writing music together since High School and both recently took the plunge to pursue music full-time.
Creating music as both producers and songwriters, Marshall Magic operate at the intersection of “French Touch” and electro-pop.
Their latest release, “Diamond Fool,” sort of sounds like Great Good Fine OK and Porter Robinson collaberation. The song features funky synthesizers, a groovy bass line, piercing vocals and even a talk box.
It marks the first song of our their upcoming “Marshall Magic EP”.
