Bay Area alt-pop singer / songwriter Lily Elise recently released the single, “Let Me Down,” featuring the duo MADE IN LA.
Since its release, “Let Me Down” has made its way onto Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist as well as the Spotify Global Viral Chart.
The single, a smooth, rhythmic record featuring soft, airy vocals, describes a desperate plea for clarity in a relationship.
Influenced by a multitude of artists and genres, Elise pulls from each of those when writing “Let Me Down,” creating a unique blend of music that doesn’t live in one specific genre.
Billboard described her music as a “mesmerizing mix of … edgy pop, R&B, or even EDM.” Elise loves collaborating with artists from a variety of genres, which has allowed her to write for Dillon Francis, Twin Shadow, Felix Cartal and more.
