LA-based duo Corsica Arts Club sound like a west coast version of Phoenix meets Two Door Cinema Club & The Strokes. They make indie pop rock music that is very tightly held together with melody and harmony. The chorus is a bit rough at times, but the building blocks are there. I would give these guys a 4 out 5.
