London-based artist Bruno Major recently released his new single “Easily.” Bruno’s smooth, soft and well-produced vocals compliment his slick guitar riffs and ‘breathable’ music. In his latest track, hushed guitar passages nonchalantly swerve around lucid bass lines, as he defiantly sings “Just because it won’t come easily, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try.”

Fresh off the back of a European stint alongside Lianne La Havas, Bruno Major recently signing a publishing deal with Method, alongside fellow artists and songwriters including Jimmy Napes, SG Lewis, Liv Dawson, Disclosure, Phairo.

Growing up in Northampton, and now living in London, Bruno considers himself a jazz musician at heart.

“I learned how songs work through learning the American Songbook. Cole Porter, Jimmy Van Heusen, Chet Baker and Ella Fitzgerald and later on Randy Newman and Rufus Wainright. Those are my heroes,” Bruno explains.

Blending jazz-inflected chord progressions with modern songwriting flourishes, Bruno Major has the ability to stretch his songwriting to the limits, but always managing to effortlessly reign in his left-field ideas.

With a full album of his own material set to be released over the coming months, Bruno Major is a name to keep an eye on.
