Just a fews weeks ago, French-newcomer Holow released his new single “She Said” via French-label Sidekick Music.
“She Said” features Australian vocalist Akacia, who delivers a smooth and bright summery vocal perfomance.
Sonically, the song begins with smooth clean Rhodes sounding keyboard melody which is then backed by a funky future sounding rhythm section. It’s an original arrangement that builds into an upbeat and welcoming daytime single with punchy synthesizers and catchy instrumentation. The song is somewhat genre agnostic and falls somewhere between indie dance, nu disco and future house.
