Last week, Satin Jackets released their 2nd album, Solar Nights (via Eskimo Records).
Satin Jackets is the nu-disco project of German-producer Tim Bernhardt.
In recent years, he has released dozens of infectious nu-disco and indie dance originals and remixes. Satin Jackets has been featured on the Casablanca Sunset blog on a number of occasions; including a handful of seasonal mixtapes.
“Just Like You,” his latest single, comes as part of the new album. Many of the songs on Solar Nights have been out for a little while, but a handful of them are new. One of them being “Just Like You.”
“Just Like You” features bright warm disco-leaning synths, punchy club percussion, and a catchy pop vocal. It’s the perfect springtime single.
