Electronic duo, VAVO recently released their new song “Sleeping Alone.”
Melodically, it’s a quick tune guided by two vocal melodies, synth heavy instrumentation and a somber introspective guitar riff. The song’s polished vocal production sits nicely alongside the song’s piercing lead synth. VAVO are able to blend both electronic production and pop sensibilities into one original tune.
Lyrically, “Sleeping Alone,” is about a break-up and consequently casts a dark vibe over the track while also managing to hint at sense of optimism with it’s pop tendencies.
