The Junction is a Toronto based three-piece outfit who have been together since the early 2000’s.

In 2007, the band released their debut self-titled full length album on Universal. After a brief stint on the major label, they shifted gears and focused on the DIY approach to releasing and producing their own music.

After a 4 year break, the band is now making a serious come-back and recently announced the release of their new full length titled City Nights on the 21th of October on Culvert Music.

The first single off the album, also titled “City Nights,” is worth checking out. The single features ambient/atmospheric vocal riffs accompanied with a smooth bass line and mellow vocals. Very Toronto sounding for anyone familiar with the Broken Social Scene in the late 2000’s.
