In 1973 Paul McCartney released the album “Band on the Run” as a solo record with his wife Linda. The closing track on the Paul McCartney & Wings album was the record “Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five.”
7 years ago the producer Timo Maas discover the track. Amazed at how fresh the record sounded, Timo teamed up with musical cohort James Teej to ‘contemporise’ this track and bring a modern edge to it.
They two producers elevated the Paul McCartney tune into something new and fresh. They’ve added a spark to the tune, creating a perfect storm between the past and the present.
