Nightseason recently released their second single, “Strangers.”

It marks the second release by the newly formed duo.

The two met online while drummer-turned-producer Patrick Zeinali scoured Spotify for the right vocalist to accompany his new project. Eventually he found Jordan Caiola and the two wrote an EP’s worth of material via email.

Needless to say, their story is unique and their music is equally as interesting.

“Strangers,” features Caiola’s raw vocal abilities which sound something like a southern rock version of Band of Horses. His voice embodies grit and a soulful realness that consistently remains melodic and harmonic.

Zeinali also delivers bright guitar riffs similar to early Two Door Cinema Club meets Beach House meets Real Estate with a bit of a twangy tone.

It’s a solid combination and worth a spin below.
