Oslo-based music collective, Nelly’s Crush recently released their new single “Sleeping Beauty.”

It’s a fun indie pop track that falls somewhere between quirky summertime pop and chic indie rock. The song borrows aspects of nu-disco, soul and synthpop to create something new and fresh.

“Sleeping Beauty” showcases the group’s clean and crisp vocal production with funky guitar work, warm swooning bass, and captivating rhythm. Their use of traditional pop instrumentation also provides a platform for unique instruments like flute and trombone which really shine in the mix.

Also worth noting that, lead vocalist, Karoline Garfjell’s vocal tone is quite impressive.

More to come from this Norwegian 6-piece.
