Mozambo is a French electro-pop duo duo known for their infectious and unique take on house, funk and pop music. Their latest 4-song EP, Kennedy’s, shows the duo gravitated towards a more club-friendly sound while remain true to their magically funky roots.
Their single “Special Love,” taken from Kennedy’s, is a heavy hitter. With the bass making a strong presence at the start, the high energy Nu-Disco track features percussion galore, an exciting build-up, and a groovy release with chill synth melodies and uplifting strings. There’s certainly something special about this track.
