Swedish vocalist and artist KIDDO recently released her debut single “Drunk And I Miss You.”

If there is a take away from the debut electronic pop single, it’s that she is a clear talent. As a songwriter, KIDDO has already worked with the likes of Icona Pop and SHY Martin. And this time around she teams up with the LA-based producers Decco who crafted the instrumentation.

“Drunk And I Miss You” features a catchy guitar lick, bouncing bass line and enthralling percussion coupled with KIDDO’s raw and soulful vocal that has radio written all over it.

Lyrically, the song is about a late night drunk text you send to someone you still love but are no longer together with.

Check out the animated lyric video below; designed by KIDDO and influenced by the retro fashion of 1960s and 70s. Enjoy!
