London-based artist & producer, Brijs recently released a rework of Jai Paul‘s “Jasmine.”
Also titled “JASMINE,” the song is gifted a new groovy downtempo indie dance life. Brijs adds vocals, new drums, and even some guitar work. It’s a fresh and soulful reinterpretation of the already brilliant original version released on XL Recordings.
Melodically the vocals sound similar to that of Peter Bjorn and John or Phoenix with its own unique psychedelic disco-influenced production.
