“Won’t Back Down” the Tom Petty classic gets softened up a touch by Benjamin Francis Leftwich. Bringing these darkened vocal tones out into a more tropical sunshine feel is Romanian born producer Boehm. With his latest remix, meshed together nicely, are all the classic tropical house sounds. The sudden drop-off of the rhythm section replaced by a soaring saxophone was a great way to let the track breathe. Don’t back down, have a listen.
