Seattle-based indietronica producer Ark Patrol recently released his album GEODE.
The full-length 9-song release features psychedelic electronic beat-driven instrumentation and blends aspects of chillwave and cinematic electronica into a culmination of something new, unique and catchy.
One of the albums stand out singles, “Dance The Night Away,” features lush layers of synths, guitars and samples beneath a hip-hop beat and warm bedroom pop-leaning vocals. In some respects, it’s reminiscent of Big Wild, Toro Y Moi and Odesza.
