Portland-based artist, Alexandra Savior has revealed the latest single, “Mystery Girl,” from her highly anticipated debut album “Belladonna of Sadness” (April, 7th 2017 via Columbia Records).
“Mystery Girl” was written by both Alexandra and the British rock front-man Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys/Last Shadow Puppets). The track was also co-produced by James Ford (Haim/Florence and the Machine).
Alexandra’s unique sound and style first caught the attention of several creative forces including T. Bone Burnett who placed her song, “Risk,” in the most recent season of HBO’s, “True Detective.” In addition to this Alexandra also co-wrote the most recent Last Shadow Puppets’ single, “Miracle Aligner” alongside the Arctic Monkey, Alex Turner.
An artist in every sense of the word, not only does Ms. Savior write music and perform live, she also paints her own artwork and writes, directs and edits her own music videos.
